Join us for a weekend ride at Land Heritage Institute, San Antonio. This destination offers miles of lovely riding, excellent gathering area and much local history of ranching in San Antonio. LHI is reserved for this ride, LHI members and Saturday riders will not have access to the park during this weekend.
Bring auction items for live auction to LHI headquarters building Saturday night. Any donated items are appreciated from attendees.
Gates open at 12:00PM. Registration begins at 5 P.M Friday.
Fee: TETRA member adults $30, non-member $40, day-rider $20, non-rider/meals $10. Children 18 years of age and younger with a riding, registered adult, no fee. Follow directions below for reserving hookups.

Hookups with one member registration are reserved online, new for LHI ride this year. There are 5 RV sites electric/ water/with 1 pen @ $25/night, and 5 RV sites with 2 pens @ 35/night, during this LHI benefit weekend. .
We are welcoming vendors. Sign up for 9-5 Saturday only.
Bring your own table, chairs and shade. All vendors will be required to sign LHI and TETRA liability releases. Thank you for your support.
Ride Schedule
Saturday Morning ride: 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Afternoon ride: 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Evening Ride: Bring your Glow Sticks and flashlights for some fun
Sunday Morning ride: 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Breakfast and lunch on your own.
Friday 6:00 Bring your favorite appetizer to share.
Saturday 8:30 AM Breakfast on your own. Coffee at the headquarters.
Saturday 6:00 Potluck dinner. TETRA will provide the meat and provide utensils and plates. All other meals on your own. Day riders: $20/day-no meals. Ace BBQer, Gil Soto and friends will be BBQ'ing the brisket. Dinner at headquarters.
Lunch vendors serving hot dogs and cold cuts. Lets support them.
Parking is tight, be considerate when setting up camp. Ride manager assigns sites upon arrival based on rig size. Primitive camping is located in front of the bath house. Horse water trough is available in the primitive area. No water or electric.
Water for horses is available at LHI HQ. Restroom/shower is also available at LHI HQ.
LHI discounts do not apply during this LHI benefit weekend.
No ground campfires are allowed. Above ground wood or charcoal BBQ grills and propane are permitted with extreme caution. The area is grassy with the potential of fire being high.
LHI is a non-alcoholic facility. Please respect this.
Directions: From 1604S, go North on Applewhite Rd, turn right on Neal Rd.
From IH 35S, Exit 149, or 410S, go South on Hwy 16, to Lone Star Pass, turn left and go East to Applewhite Rd, turn right and go to Neal Rd, turn left.
