TETRA Region 8 Benefit Day Ride

Willis Creek Park Granger Lake

April 13, 2024

Join us for great riding at Willis Creek Park, Granger Lake. Enjoy grassy, meandering trails through trees and open pastures with access to the lake. This year promises to include a beautiful showing of Bluebonnets along portions of the trail. Livestock will be grazing, but they are used to horses.

This is a benefit ride.  All donations are used to maintain Willis Creek Park trails.  TETRA Members $20. Ride fees cover entry into the park, insurance costs required for a group ride, and a small lunch/snack.

Saturday 9:30 am:   Ride out on a guided ride or ride on your own, maps available. Return to the trail head at 12:30 or bring your lunch and picnic at the designated area on the blue trail if you ride on your own. Saturday afternoon: ride out on your own.

Directions:  Highway 95, north of Taylor, continue north, past the intersection of HWY 29 at Circleville. Turn on CR 346, go to CR 348, turn right. Continue to the entrance of Willis Creek Park. Through the gate, proceed to the horse parking area, on the right.
