Join us for our annual meeting where we look back 2022 accomplishments and honor exceptional volunteer projects and trail riding adventures. 

Join us at this historic location where members have access to all museum attractions, living history and historical grounds.  Enjoy bluegrass bands on the Chisholm Trail.

No fee for this event

Caterer: Two Street Tacos, a local caterer serving a full Taco buffet offering chicken and beef with all the fixings.  Please register by February 15, at tetratrails.org, so we can get an accurate count for our caterer. 

Water, coffee and tea available throughout the day.  Museum entrance fee is waived for this event.

2022 TETRA Awards presentation for outstanding volunteer work and trail support, the backbone of our organization.

Officer and Regional Elections: Consider volunteering to represent your region.  We need volunteers.

SILENT AUCTION: Please bring items for our famous Silent Auction.

Hookups available: There are five 30 AMP electric hookups, no water or dump station. Text Mary at 817-897-6822 to reserve a hookup.  Rate $30 Friday night.
