Region 10 Thanksgiving Trail Ride

Held November 26-29, 2009

Region 10 hosted the Thanksgiving ride at Parrie Haynes Ranch November 26-29, 2009. Our event began on Thursday afternoon, with leftovers from everyone’s feast and ended on Sunday. We had a good turnout and after a great deal of work, pulled out Sunday afternoon.

Many thanks go to the new members, Christy and Patrick Villa and their friends, Roger and Beth Schefe from Spring. They were the chief cooks and bottle washers. Without them the kitchen and dining experience would have not worked. I am very grateful for the assistance, good nature and fun attitudes to step up to the plate and help out when needed. We had guests from the GRA-Trails club join us, Joe Coldewey and his wife. It was a great time and a good TETRA fund-raiser! Thank you to Debby Alley for registering all and of course to Jan Price for making the reservations.
