Fee Schedule

Saturday only: $20. Sunday only: $20

Weekend: $35. TETRA Members: $30

Children 12 & under: Free. Age 12-18 $10/day or $20 for the weekend

** Chapa’s is wired w/ 14 RV outlets! (first come, first serve) **

Event Schedule

Friday Arrive anytime Friday afternoon - Evening Cowboy Chili (while it lasts!)

Saturday 7:00 AM Registration & Coggins Check; 7:30-8:45 AM Free breakfast for all registered riders; 9:00 AM Morning ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out. Lunch on your own. Ride, swim, fish, or just relax. 3:00 PM Afternoon ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out. Evening Dinner & Silent Auction. Pot Luck dinner: BBQ brisket & sausage provided. Please bring a side dish for the Pot Luck ! ** Silent Auction following dinner.

Sunday 8:00 AM Registration & Coggins check for new arrivals; 8:30-9:45 AM Free breakfast for all registered riders; 10:00 AM Morning ride out. Route TBD at time of ride-out. 2:00 PM Check out. Please bag and pack out all trash, hay & animal by-products

Directions to Hill Country State Natural Area. From Bandera travel south on Hwy 173. Go across the Medina River and continue approx. ¼ mile to Hwy. 1077. Turn right, go 10 miles on Hwy 1077 to end of blacktop. Continue on the caliche road and follow the signs.
