Caprock Canyon Fall Ride

Come join TETRA for the beauty of fall in the Caprock Canyon State Park. We will ride Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon. Sunday morning we will enjoy a short ride. The meals provided will be Saturday evening pot-luck with the meat provided by TETRA.
TETRA asks that you call 512-389-8900 to reserve your campsite in the Wild Horse Campsite. There is overflow parking available. Horse water is available at the open parking area. Bring your drinking water. There are no restrooms at this site. REstrooms with showers are 1 mile down the road in the park. Each individual will need to pay $4 park entry fee per day to the ranger at the office upon entry to the park; unless you have a park pass. Check out is 2:00 p.m. Coggins papers will be checked upon arrival at headquarters.
Costs: There will be a $20.00 ride fee per person payable online or at the ride. The park entrance fee will be payable to the office upon entering the park. Coggin's papers will need to be presented at this time, also. They will ask for your truck/trailer license number as you register.
State Park Rules: All state parks require Coggins Papers upon entry to the park; these papers need to be inspected by the park ranger upon entry to the park. All animals and livestock must be on a restraining leash. No public display of alcohol is allowed. The park's number is 806-455-1492.
